...baked potatoes? Therein lies the problem. What happened to raw food?
...maybe they were 'really' fighting over the cheese that comes with it

For the love of potatos: Pertinax and Kiondo almost came to blows over a backed potato at Paignton Zoo.
Although these burly gorillas set a fine example when it comes to healthy eating - although their table manners leave a little to be desired.
The two Western lowland gorillas almost came to blows over a baked potato at Paignton Zoo Environmental Park in Devon.
The giant vegetarians bared their teeth and beat their chests as they fought over the tasty baked potato.

Take that! They chest bump and bare their teeth and beat their chest as they fought over who gets the prize dish.
Silverback
Pertinax - 33 years old and weighing-in at 172 kilos - and Kiondo, who
is 13 and 186.5 kilos - looked ready to blow at each other during the
squabble. All was soon forgotten according to staff.
Paignton Zoo Curator of Mammals Neil Bemment said: 'I don't think they actually came to blows.
'They all have their favourite foods just like us, but Pertinax and Kiondo really love jacket potatoes.
'The
keepers always scatter the food so that everyone gets their fair share,
but on this occasion both boys obviously had their eye on the best
one.'
Hey over there, Pertinax seems to growl that potato is mine. Come and get it if you can Kiondo grows back
