Fabulous trim-down: Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kandi Burruss, pictured on March 13, has successfully shed any weight gained during her pregnancy. She gave birth to son Ace on January 6

Speaking with Bravo's The Daily Dish, Kandi detailed her weight loss technique.

'I think it was a combination of two things. I was breastfeeding, strictly breastfeeding for a month-and-a-half,' Kandi, who has since switched 'to supplement formula,' noted.

Additionally, the reality star credits a 'prayer fast' that she does each January.

'I give up my things that I really love, so sweets, desserts. I do not eat any desserts in the month of January. And I do not drink anything but water the whole month. No sodas, no juice, no anything but water,' she noted.

'So I think the combination of doing that as well as breastfeeding, combined, I think that's why I lost so much,' Kandi concluded.

Ace is Kandi's second child. She had daughter Riley Burruss, 13, with ex-boyfriend Russell Spencer.

Husband Tod Tucker, whom she married on April 4, 2014, has one daughter Kaela from a previous relationship.

'I definitely feel like my family is complete now. We already had girls, so we wanted a boy,' she began. 'Sometimes, though, I do think I would like for him to have someone to play with.'

Although shes doesn't 'want to go through pregnancy again,' she 'would love for him [Ace] to have another brother.

'If that could happen that would be great. But we'll see,' she said.
