The former New York mistress of a billionaire who allegedly tried to pay her to keep their affair quiet claims he illegally paid her with funds from a family foundation and that he couldn’t perform in bed.
The head of Delphi Financial Group, Robert Rosenkranz, 72, is accused by his former paramour of fooling her into signing a ‘money for sex’ confidentiality agreement that entailed him giving her company funds on a monthly basis in addition to illegally giving her $60,000 from the Rosenkranz Foundation, according to the New York Post.
Katherine Nelson, who says she wishes to wrote a tell-all book about her romance with the business magnate, says that Rosenkranz never gave her the $100,000 he agreed upon in there confidentiality agreement. She is suing him for $10 million.

She also claims that he is impotent and says he refused to take Viagra before going to bed with her in July 2014.
‘Sadly, my young-stud days are over,’ she says he wrote her in an email.
Rosenkranz’s lawyer, Peter Bronstein, on Wednesday said that Rosenkranz is willing to give her no more than $45,000, according to the New York Post.
Bronstein also told Judge Gerald Lebovits on Wednesday that Nelson should be put behind bars after she drunkenly visited the home of Peggy Hill, Rosenkranz’s ex-wife.
‘This past weekend she had the audacity to go unannounced to the home of the ex-wife of [Rosen­kranz],’ Bronstein said.
‘[Nelson] barged into the apartment and stayed there for over an hour,’ he said, adding that Nelson broke her restraining order which forbids her from contacting Rosenkranz’s family.

Nelson’s lawyer claims that she no longer wants Rosenkranz’s money and says she only wants to lift their confidentiality agreement.
Nelson spoke with The New York Post and told them that Peggy Hill was ‘happy’ to see her.
‘She asked me if I loved him and I said “yes,” ‘Nelson said.
The legal battle between Nelson and Rosenkranz reportedly began after Nelson saw him kissing his co-worker at a BLT Steakhouse in Midtown, according to The New York Post. Nelson allegedly broke down in tears and was told to leave the restaurant.
That’s when an enraged Nelson contacted Rosenkranz’s current wife, art curator Alexandra Munroe.
In August 2014, she sent a tweet to Munroe that read, ‘you must have known, alluding to the affair. It carried a picture of a note on cream-colored stationary stamped with the businessman’s name that said ‘for me, two is a remarkable number’.

According one of Nelson’s lawsuits filed in 2014, Rosenkranz and the former mistress ‘exchanged several hundred e-mails over a period of approximately four years with topics ranging from a private sexual nature to politics, literature and finance’ and exchanged ‘romantic presents from Tiffany, Hermes and Paul Stuart’.
They would rendezvous at his Manhattan office and in Aspen, the papers said.
The Aspen property where they are said to have been meeting up, was listed by its former owner for $22.5million, but the price paid by Rosenkranz is not known.
The 7,800-square-foot property has five bedrooms and was featured in Elle Decor.

Who is Katherine Nelson?

Last summer, Rosenkranz claimed Nelson was actually Ekaterine Petuhova from Russia, the New York Post reported.
Petuhova/Nelson advertised herself in a catalog, Meet Truly Beautiful Russian Women by Mail, in 1993 and was picked from the listing by US citizen Neeraj Nelson, according to court papers. However, Neeraj Nelson had the marriage annulled after he told a California judge he did not consummate his marriage with her because she was having sex with an Armenian pimp shortly after she landed at Los Angeles International Airport, the New York Post reported.
In his September 1997 filing for annulment, Neeraj said ‘after having been used by Ekaterina, I would never again place an ad to meet a Russian Woman! I have learned a lesson’.
She was facing deportation at the time, according to the New York Post. Rosenkranz, a well-known philanthropist, married Alexandra Munroe at the Presbyterian Church in Bridgehampton in 2002. They are still married.
