The General Overseer of Agape Baptist Church, Pastor Oprite Amakiri, has been arrested and detained by the police in Rumuolumeni Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The randy pastor had requested his congregation 'volunteer ' a girl between the ages of 12 to 18 to massage his aching waist which had been bothering him for a couple of years. An 18 year old was 'volunteered' and the pastor proceeded to take advantage of her in her house.
The pastor raped the girl on three occasions and threatened to deal with her if she dared expose his deeds to anyone,. This continued until the victim called his bluff and reported to her sister who then called the police.
